Spanish GCSE Revision
How does Oxford Revise support your Spanish GCSE revision?
With reading, writing and listening Spanish GCSE exams – it can feel like there’s a lot of content and vocabulary you have to lock-in and be able to recall under exam conditions. The Oxford Revise approach has been developed by an expert team that breaks it all down into manageable chunks.
We have a wealth of experience in supporting Foundation and Higher students for AQA Spanish GCSE exams. Immerse yourself in the three themes, smooth out your Spanish grammar rules and then put it all to the test with plenty of exam practice. Within each area of the guide you will find:
- Knowledge organisers: Get your revision off to a solid start with the Basics section. These contain all of the most important content across topics. Spanish and English translations sit side-by-side, and there are walk-throughs of each exam paper with suggested timings, so that you know exactly what’s going to happen on the day.
- Retrieval practice: Simply cover up the answers to these quick-recall questions, write your answers or say them out loud and then check if you’re right. Repeated practice of these move knowledge from your short to your long-term memory. They can be used to create flashcards, or ask a friend or family member to test you.
- Practice questions: One of the ways you can reduce some of the stress around exams, is to complete plenty of exam-style questions. There are expert tips throughout which give you suggestions for how to approach each type of question.
We want you to feel your most confident self when you walk into that exam. You’ve got this!
