Top tips for Parents: how can I help my child with revision?

Whether your child has just started secondary school, or GCSEs and A Levels are now looming on the horizon, you might be wondering how best to support your child prepare for assessments and exams. 

We have a much better understanding about how we learn and retain information, thanks to ongoing cognitive science research. The Oxford Revise team have taken this research and combined this with their years of experience teaching to give you the tips and guidance you need to help them outside of the classroom. And one of the main things we know, is that it is never too early for children to develop a healthy approach to revision.
